The Story of Berry Burrow Bakehouse
Nestled in the quiet hills of Tennessee, where berry bushes climb the fence lines and foxes slip through the meadow at dusk, Berry Burrow Bakehouse was born from a simple truth: Home is a place you create with your hands.
For years, I’ve enjoyed baking and cooking along the lake front - small batches, warm ovens, and the joy of feeding friends and family with love. But as my husband and I prepared to leave the lakeside and settle into the mountains at The Berry Burrow Cottage, my baking began to change too. It softened. It slowed. It became more nostalgic, more whimsical, more rooted in heritage and in the rhythms of nature.
I realized I wanted to bake not to only bake for the sake of it. I wanted to bake stories. I wanted to bake with the core value of my ancestors.
Stories of wild berries warmed by the sun. Stories of meadow flowers pressed between pages. Stories of foxes curled in the ferns and tea shared under the trees. Stories of quiet mornings, warm kitchens, and the magic of simple things.
Berry Burrow Bakehouse is my way of sharing that magic with you.
Every pastry will be made in small batches, by hand, with ingredients that feel like they belong in a cottage kitchen - honey, herbs, berries, flowers, warm spices, and soft doughs shaped with care. Each bake carrying a little bit of the mountain, a little bit of the meadow, a lot of my heritage, and a whole lot of heart.
This isn’t a bakery that blends in. It’s a bakery that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and taste something that feels like home - even if your home is miles away.

As my husband and I prepare to settle into our new home at The Berry Burrow Cottage, something beautiful has been growing right alongside us - a new chapter, a new vision, and a new way of sharing the magic I feel in the kitchen.
I’m excited to introduce Berry Burrow Bakehouse, a small-batch cottage-core bakery inspired by wild berries, meadow flowers, woodland creatures, my heritage, and the quiet charm of mountain life.
This isn’t a typical bakery. It’s a place where pastries feel like stories. Where cakes look like they belong in a storybook. Where every bake carries a little bit of the meadow, m heritage, and the cozy cottage kitchen where it was made.
